About the Author:
Paula Broberg and her husband Ken owned a restaurant on the Oregon coast for many years. She currently lives in the beautiful Rogue Valley, surrounded by pine trees and mountains, where she receives inspiration from the changing of the seasons.
Paula has always loved cooking, entertaining, creating, and designing beautiful and interesting things. She enjoys writing poems and quotes, which you find throughout the book.

I love the thoughts, great ideas, and quotes in this book. The soups and chocolate cream cheese mouse are our favorites. Every recipe we have tried out of this cookbook is really yummy.
