I really enjoyed this book! It is motivating and has lots of great ideas. I have been applying some tips from the book into my life. I liked when she talks about finding balance in motherhood. My favorite part of the book is the Feel Fit and Fabulous section. The wrapping up and suggested weekly goals at the end of each chapter are wonderful. Thanks Cedar Fort for sharing this beautiful book with me!
