(dis)Abilities and the Gospel: How to Bring People with Special Needs Closer to Christ Review and Giveaway...

Each day, parents and Church leaders struggle to teach individuals with special needs. Using real-life stories and a touch of humor, this inspiring book guides you to teach effectively, overcome communication barriers, and build strong relationships with people of all ages with disabilities. Discover each person's ability to learn and grow as you help them feel like a valuable part of your life.

What a great idea for a book! I like how they talk about each different disorder and explain their characteristics and how to work with them in the home or classroom. The book gives you great tips and techniques for all types of settings such as activity days, young womens, scouts, etc...

We all deal with people that have disabilities and after reading this book I feel more confidant that I can help them understand the Gospel better. This is a book you can refer back to over and over.

Now here's the exciting part...

I get to give one lucky winner a copy of this book!

This sounds like a wonderful book. I work with special needs kids in a school setting, but I think this would be a great addition for church---a great resource for the Primary teachers.
