I was excited to be able to review this great cookbook! I love the recipes in it! The pictures of each item look so yummy and I can't wait to try them! This deliciously interesting cookbook combines recipes from the Nielsen family collection as well as recipes from chef friends attracted to Nielsen-Massey's quality vanilla extract. It contains a delightful collection of bakery and pastry recipes and teaches how vanilla can be essential in a savory dish. I love vanilla so this is a must have cookbook here at my house!
