About the Author: Tristi Pinkston is a stay-at-home mom, home schooler, media reviewer, Cub Scout leader, freelance editor, obsessive blogger, and headless chicken. She s married to her first and only boyfriend, Matt Pinkston, and together they have four children: Tristi is a regularly featured presenter at the LDStorymakers Writers Conference and enjoys helping others learn how to fine-tune their writing skills. She also gives presentations on literacy, the Hole in the Rock Pioneers, and the importance of honoring the talents you've been given. Tristi is the author of three historical fiction novels.

....and as for workout secrets...I do go to the gym 5 days a week and do cardio, yoga when I can, rarely, rarley ever eat meat...NEVER eat any type of ground meat, love to snack on yogurt, and fruit, Love all types of veggies and salad (actually prefer them over other types of food naturally) AND I think it has to do A LOT with genetics...I don't know my birth mom & dad but I assume they have similar muscle and fat memory...if I gain a few pounds...I snap back pretty fast. I do have to say...my second pregnancy was much harder to recover from since I was 6 years older than I was the first time around...age does not help us women out there! You look fabulous from your profile picture....so I'm sure you really have no worries!
....oh yeah...and if you are hungry at night...DO NOT EAT! Go to bed....you will burn more fat that way....at least that is how I think....it is NOT medically proven at least I'm not certain...but it works for me!!!
